how much does air-conditioning cost to install?Many factors are involved in choosing the appropriate unit for your property. Dimensions of the room - Quality of the unit - Customer budget. In most cases the bigger the room the more powerful unit will be needed. Customer budget and quality of the unit are very well linked. Some customers may wish to spend less on an unknown brand that doesn´t provide a long term warranty. However, most customers prefer to pay slightly more for a better quality unit which comes with a longer warranty. Airtech AC´s professional and friendly engineers will provide the customer with all the advice needed to make the right choice regarding exactly which unit is right for them. All of our prices also include full installation. Prices start from €595
how long does it take to install?A single unit will usually take between 2 and 3 hours to install. Split units (two indoor units to one outdoor) will take 3-4.5 hours. The time scale, just like the price, will depend on the size of the unit being installed, and where.
is it expensive to run?Generally, a unit used in a living room area would cost around 12 cents per hour by day and 10 cents per hour by night. Although prices may differ between unit sizes and unit brands.
do all units come with a warranty?All units installed come with a minimum 1 year warranty, although most have a 3 year manufacturers warranty on the outdoor unit and a 2 year manufacturers warranty on the indoor unit.
what happens if theres a problem with the unit?If a problem occurs with the unit, the first step is to contact us for an analysis of the problem. Our specialists will resolve the problem as soon as possible, if we cannot resolve the problem directly we will contact the maufacturer straight away.
